LAOS 2022

ก้าวแรกสู่แผ่นดินลาว

การเดินทางเริ่มต้นจาก มิชชั่นทริปเชียงของ จุดหมายหลักของเราคือการพา แพร คริสเตียน และ เอลียาห์ กลับไปเยี่ยมบ้านเกิดที่เมืองเชียงของ จังหวัดเชียงราย ประเทศไทย แต่ในเวลาเดียวกัน เราก็ได้ใช้โอกาสนี้ในการสำรวจและเปิดใจรับการทรงนำของพระเจ้าสู่ดินแดนใหม่ ประเทศลาว

โดยพระคุณของพระเจ้า เราข้ามผ่านจุดผ่านแดนถาวรสะพานมิตรภาพไทย-ลาว แห่งที่ 4 (เชียงของ–ห้วยทราย) และเข้าสู่ บ้านบ่อแก้ว ประเทศลาว ที่นั่นเอง เป็นครั้งแรกที่พระเจ้านำเราให้ได้พบกับพี่น้องชาวลาว ได้พูดคุย แลกเปลี่ยน และสัมผัสแผ่นดินที่พระเจ้าทรงรัก  ผู้คนที่พระองค์ทรงห่วงใยและปรารถนาให้รู้จักพระองค์

ชาวลาวเป็นพระพรอย่างยิ่งต่อพระกายของพระคริสต์ พวกเขาต้อนรับเราอย่างอบอุ่น และการพบกันครั้งนี้ได้ปลุกความหวังและวิสัยทัศน์ใหม่ในใจของพวกเรา เราขอบคุณพระเจ้าที่สมาชิกหลายคนของคริสตจักร รวมทั้งเด็กและอนุชน ได้มีส่วนร่วมในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ และต่างก็ได้รับประสบการณ์ฝ่ายวิญญาณที่ลึกซึ้งและมีคุณค่ากลับไป

พระเจ้าดีเสมอ และนี่อาจเป็นเพียงจุดเริ่มต้นของการเดินทางที่ยิ่งใหญ่กว่านี้ในลาว

The First Journey into Laos l Greater Grace Mahachai 

Our journey into Laos began as a simple mission trip with a personal purpose to accompany Phrae, Christian, and Elijah back to their hometown in Chiang Khong, Thailand. But as always, God had greater plans.

As we stood on the threshold of Thailand and Laos, we felt the stirring of the Holy Spirit prompting us to take a step further. Crossing the border at the Fourth Thai-Lao Friendship Bridge (Chiang Khong–Huay Xai), we entered Ban Bo Kaeo, Laos  setting foot for the very first time on a land that God deeply loves.

It was here, by God’s divine appointment, that we met the Lao people. We had the opportunity to engage in conversations, to connect heart-to-heart, and to witness firsthand the warmth and hospitality of those God calls His own. The people of Laos became an unexpected but undeniable blessing to the body of Christ.

We thank God that many members of our church joined this mission  adults, youth, and children alike each of whom walked away with a new and precious experience. This journey planted seeds of vision, compassion, and connection.

God is so good, and we believe this is just the beginning of something greater. Laos is in God’s heart and now it’s in ours too.
