📝 Registration Fee (Per Person)

1. Standard Registration Fee for International and Local Participants (Non-Hotel Guests)

Participants from all countries who do not stay at Methavalai Hotel — the official conference venue — are required to pay the standard registration fee.

• Fee: 5,000 THB

• Includes: Conference materials, full access to all sessions, and refreshments.

2. Special Registration Fees for Methavalai Hotel Guests

2.1 General Discount for Hotel Guests

Participants who book their accommodation at Methavalai Hotel — the official venue for the conference — are eligible for a discounted registration fee.

• Fee: 2,000 THB

• Eligibility: Proof of hotel booking at Methavalai Hotel must be presented at the time of registration.

2.2 Regional Discount for Participants from Specific Countries

Participants from Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines, Laos, and Myanmar who stay at Methavalai Hotel are eligible for a further discounted rate.

• Fee: 1,200 THB

• Eligibility: Proof of hotel booking at Methavalai Hotel must be presented at the time of registration. This rate is applicable only to participants holding citizenship from the listed countries.
